Holy Week Worship
With a desire to acknowledge the great value of Holy Week while still honoring our government's guidelines, our leaders are making plans to have opportunities to commemorate Maundy Thursday, Good Friday, and Easter morning. The plans will be made available as soon as possible.
Lent 2020. 1K. Pray for CHS.
“Will You Pray?” is an invitation for people all around Austin to join us at the throne of grace on behalf of the Concordia High School. This spring God is leading CHS in facing exciting, yet challenging times as they take critical steps toward occupying their first permanent home campus. This means architects and contractors, city officials and lending agents, prospective donors and administrators, faculty and students, parents and future students, board members and staff are all making critical decisions, doing vital work and initiating impacting plans. Over all these moving parts, we must pray. Will you pray? Text PRAYCHS (all capital letters, no spaces) to 844-901-1659 Your number will only be used for this prayer effort.
In times like these the simple yet divinely powerful instructions from Jesus in Matthew 6:10 come in handy. Our prayer is for “His Kingdom to come and His will to get done on earth as it is in heaven.” This verse aligns our hearts and minds with that of our Heavenly Father. Can you imagine over 1000 people praying for 40 days of Lent for the mission and ministry of CHS? Concordia High School, located in Pflugerville, is the only Lutheran High School serving the greater Austin area. #iwillprayforCHS
The Concordia High School family is committed to life-long learning, leading, and living out God’s plan. For more information contact 512-248-2547 or
