CHILDREN'S MINISTRIES

At King of King's Lutheran Church, we treasure our children. We desire to create a safe space for kids to grow in Christ and to build relationships with one another. Fun, friendship, helping others, and learning about God—these are the building blocks of our program. We use a Sunday school program that is rotation-based, allowing each of our children to have the full experience of growing in Christ and building intimate relationships with those around them.

King's Kids Children’s Ministry (18 months through 4th grade)

King's Kids is more than just a Sunday school program.  This ministry includes education, fellowship, service, and discipleship.  During the Sunday morning classes, the children sing songs, learn Bible verses and stories, and take part in service projects and other activities.  About once a month we offer fellowship events which include Pizza Play Days, a Mock Sleepover, or a family Camping trip.  The King's Kids children also share their talents with the congregation through Song Sundays, the Christmas Program, and Palm Sunday Palm processional. The students also do age appropriate community service program throughout the year.

If you would like more information about our Kings Kids program please contact the Director of Christian Education, by calling the church office at (512) 255-0829.
