WORSHIP SERVICES
In light of current health concerns, worship will be live-streamed.
The information below is intended for on-site worship services which will continue after the current pandemic.
For the comfort of all visitors and members, we offer two styles of worship.
8:00 AM - Traditional
This service is for the early birds who like to worship in a traditional setting with hymns and ancient liturgical forms. The service and music come directly from the hymnal of the LCMS - the Lutheran Service Book.
10:45 AM - Contemporary
This service is designed for the later risers who like to sway while they sing -- a contemporary setting with a blend of modern and traditional music.
What do I wear?
If this is a last minute decision to come to church, then come as you are.
We strive to be both respectful and comfortable. We recognize that we are in God's very real presence and that some of us just got off work. Some of us dress to the nines, others arrive in a comfortable pair of jeans, and some are still in their work uniforms. We will be glad to have you.
SEASONAL WORSHIP
Lent Midweek Services
Wednesdays at 7:00 pm
Beginning Ash Wednesday, February 26, the season of Lent is a time to consider all that Jesus did for us during Holy Week and Easter.
Our theme this year is "Behold the Man!" Pilate’s command to the crowd at Jesus’ crucifixion speaks an incredible truth—Jesus was indeed man. More specifically, He was God and man, an eternal being inhabiting a human body. Jesus had a body. He had a nose. Knees. Toes. Bones. Fingerprints. He hungered, prayed, and bled. He had a mother, He drank wine, He was baptized. This Lenten season, behold the man—the man who suffered, died, and rose again. The man who lived a perfect life and defeated death. The man whose death led to your life.
Each week we will meet for dinner at 6:00 pm in the Fellowship Hall and then gather for a short worship at 7:00 pm. You are welcome to come as you are from work, school, shopping, or resting at home to consider the humanity of Jesus.
