When Can We Gather for Worship Worship?

The pastors and lay ministers of worship met Monday, April 19, to discuss the COVID situation and its effects on our in-person worship. We are now open for in-person worship and plan to continue to remain both in-person and live-streamed using the current worship format. Williamson County’s COVID level has remained ORANGE. All COVID indicators continue to head in a positive (downward) direction. When Williamson County’s COVID level is further reduced to YELLOW we will take additional steps in returning to “normal” worship and ministry.

We will continue to offer one worship service each Sunday at 10:00am. This service may be attended in-person or viewed via live-streaming. As in-person attendance increases, we will add an identical service at 8:00am.

Beginning on Sunday, May 2, we will be offering HOLY COMMUNION each Sunday immediately following the conclusion of the live-streamed worship service. All who are interested my remain in the sanctuary for a brief service of confession/absolution with the celebration of the Lord’s Supper. Again, this will be available EVERY SUNDAY beginning on May 2

Protocols will remain in place for people attending in-person worship. However, since our understanding of the virus continues to improve, the protocols are being adjusted. Face-coverings and social distancing are strongly recommended inside the church building. A nursery will not be available for the time being.
